This excellent value 36cm (14") plastic Wobble Board or Balance Board has been designed for early stages of rehabiliation and an easier level of balance exercises.
Wobble Boards or Balance Boards can help retrain proprioception (the sense of balance) after injury, preventing further injury and ensuring a speedy return to sport. Failure to retrain balance after ankle sprains can lead to chronic weakness and recurrent sprains.They can also be used for exercising and strengthing core stability.

40cm Adjustable Plastic Wobble Board - Recommended for early to advanced stages of rehabilitation
40cm Wooden Wobble Board - Recommended for intermediate to advance users
50cm PVC & Cork Wooden Wobble Board - Recommended for beginner to intermediate users
It has a 14 degree angle which makes it easier to use, and is recommended for children, the older generation and anyone who is in very early stages of rehabilitation following surgery or serious injury.
