It can be used to decrease the temperature and heart rate after an event, particularly effective in hot weather. The blanket can be used for humans just before an event to increase oxygen levels in the blood. It is also effective when used in conjunction with the bandages to chill a larger area. You can use the blanket as it is or refrigerate it for more enhanced effect. Do not leave the blanket on for more than thirty minutes. Remember the blanket is reusable. When you have finished, run cold water over the product and put it into a plastic bag. Seal the bag to ensure that the product does not dry out.
