Physio Exercise Bands comes in five colour-coded resistance levels. Very similar to Dynabands or Therabands, the Exercise Bands allows you to gently work through a program, selecting the most suitable resistance level. Band colour also becomes a visual indicator of progress, as you work your way through the different levels.
